Let’s get the most-asked question out of the way:
Why did I open a salon right here in Sunderland?

​

Easy-because this is home. I was born and raised here, moved away for a bit, and came right back. It’s an incredible place to raise a family (and with four kids, I need all the help I can get!). My husband and I love this community, and opening Haven was my way of pouring back into it.

​

I’ve been behind the chair for 20+ years now (which officially makes me wise, not just old, right?). I’ve trained with some of the best in the world, but what I’ve always loved most is the connection I get to build with each guest. The chats, the laughter, the venting, nothing is too TMI or off-limits. Whether you’re celebrating big wins or working through hard days, I’m here for it all. (Plotting revenge included… kidding. Mostly.)
